3 Steps to creating raving fan loyal evangelists!

1. Figure out what no one in your industry is willing to do.
This doesn’t have to be complicated, in fact its better if its not. Excellence often comes from being the best at what matters most which is often found in paying attention to small details. An example would be writing your customers handwritten thank you notes or giving everyone on your team a budget of $100 to WOW their customers in unexpected ways.

2. Make a promise to deliver on something that no one else in your industry is willing to do and then actually do it.
Delivering on the promise that no one else in your industry is willing to make is the path to a loyal customer. This sounds simple but for some reason people seem to have a hard time following through with what they say they will do. I am always shocked that it is an acceptable practice in big business to NOT do what you say you will do.

3. Consistently look for new ways to wow customers.
